Watched about ~1 mil in time/oee/in process material well past expiry times/etc go up in smoke because a “power glitch” brought down an edge switch but the cabinet is now tied to high voltage because a project manager lied on his resume so no one arc flash trained was on site because apparently 65k isn’t a great salary for a mechanic. The power glitch was someone did open the cabinet even though no one was qualified and fucked the entire floor of MFG which has brought about an awesome hunt that will surely lead to an OSHA visit.
Honestly one of the best weekends I’ve had in ages.
