Honestly that exists. Just bought a BMW i3 (their first electric) and you can disable just about everything, even the sound it makes to alert pedestrians, the infotainment warning screen everyone hates, and seat belt chimes, through an app and a BT OBDII dongle. The 2014-2017 models all have 3G cellular antennas so they mostly don’t work anymore (3G is totally gone in my area). It also has buttons for climate and their great iDrive infotainment controller. It’s a fantastic quirky electric at dirt cheap prices.
BUT, your point stands since that’s 1 out of how many electric vehicles? Yeah, sucks.

Colorado as well. It’s currently 51F/11C out … in August, which is traditionally the only hot month, usually in the 90F/30Cs. It’s rained every evening and we don’t usually get much rain save the beginning of Spring, which we didn’t get this year. Very odd.

One thing I didn’t mention, TurboTax has forgotten our historical tax information twice. That’s when we finally kicked them to the curb. Freetaxusa has been solid and quicker to use. Plus a few Intuit. Oh and ban lobbying already.

Oh it certainly is if he was charged for damage that didn’t occur. I’ve been on the other end of chargeback disputes defending companies. A chargeback is absolutely warranted here and he can prove it. He’ll win.
The answer is yes. Everyone around me thinks the crap they allow in our food is bad for us. Europeans done have the same issues we do with food because they’re much more regulated.

One of my best neighbors is a former Navy nurse from a dirt as poor part of Jamaica 🇯🇲. He immigrated this way. Amazing guy and has a great family. My daughter and his daughter are best friends.

Pretty hard to argue that “all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside” doesn’t mean what it clearly states. It’s not even in legalese. The fact that this wasn’t laughed out of court says everything.
That’s nice, I don’t live in Denver and I’ve been here for almost 2 decades. The monsoon season usually hits us in Spring with a dry summer. If this is normal then the last 20 years hasn’t been.
