Its findings raise new questions about why Canada’s progress saving lives is not being felt south of border.

As an aside, I’m sure some people don’t wash thoroughly, but I imagine most do. I’m speculating here, so feel free to correct me if I’m wrong. But I imagine most people feel great about taking a shower and washing thoroughly for that fresh feeling. What prompted this outside firm to advise as such suggests they believe most people actually dread to wash thoroughly when showering.
