they’ve done whole studies on this

The move doesn’t legalize marijuana, but the reclassification would allow the FDA to study it for medical purposes.
and, he’s still a wrong calendar:
He also indicated he would not be open to legalizing cannabis for recreational use. “It’s never safe to use powerful controlled substances in a recreational manner,” he said.
i also like the circular logic of saying it’s not safe because it’s a, “controlled substance”…
