Kennedy said in the Tuesday statement that he wants the health department to move away from mRNA vaccines, calling on the department to start “investing in better solutions.” He provided no details on what those technologies might be.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but aren’t mRNA vaccines the current “cutting edge” of vaccine technology?

These anti-vaxxers have some paranoid delusions about how mRNA vaccines work, and their insanity is literally going to kill us.

mRFK (moron RFKjr) thinks he understands mRNA vaccines and that we should stay away from them. I hope human avian influenza hits him first, the asshole.

The other equally cutting edge tech is altering a live virus (Adeno) to inject DNA to get to the same outcome as the mrna ones.

I really can’t imagine him thinking injecting humans with a modified virus with custom DNA is any better.

These two ways though are huge breakthroughs.

Edit: I imagine mRna is logistically simpler as you aren’t having to deal with an active virus, just the mrna. Mrna is also single stranded which seems easier. But I don’t actually know that for sure.

Edit: I also think covid was also the first time adeno virus delivery was used at a mass global scale.

Duhh, just make the vaccine different, but it has zero side effects and no downsides. Doesn’t sound too hard to me!
