Police also believe a passenger inside the vehicle filmed the collision.
Police later obtained that video from social media.
Can they not find out who uploaded it?
I doubt these psychopaths are sophisticated enough to cover their tracks.
This is one of those scenarios where I wish victims could take the SUV and run over the people who did it.
