It looks like the actual language was precise enough to exclude circumcision… but that would have been hilarious.
What’s amazing about this is how targeted it is. They aren’t actually concerned about protecting children from genital surgery (which isn’t something anyone is doing on trans kids, anyway). The point is to write a narrative that makes them saviors and reasonable people monsters.
