Usually, a meme is making some form of a joke. Either with the absurdity of an image and text or just an image of a joke. There needs to be some form of an attempt at humor. Whatever type that may be.

Well, if he works for free or even for pennies, do you think he will try to moderate often, as if he is well paid? Or the admin here has a decent salary, and that’s why you complain?
I just thought that as the ultimate authority on memes, he might take more of an interest.
There are so many posts here every day that I don’t think he wants to waste time trying to sort through all this mess.
I think you yourself would need to be in the administrator’s shoes for a long time to understand this.
