The grant was from a program called Neighborhood Access and Equity Grant Program. The program was probably canceled by Trump because it had the word Equity in it.
It only lasted this long because he knows equity with a different definition.
Very unfortunate that they no longer have the grant. Guess they’ll have to take the money out of the repaving budget or raise gasoline taxes.
Don’t worry. Gas taxes have gone up, but it’s for cars. Gov. Newsom doesn’t want paths for walking and biking.
