Most countries have accepted that there needs to be a limit on sentencing. Mostly they settle between 30 and 50 years of imprisonment.
What kind of people are you referring to? People with the mental capacity to be specific in what they say? People who think having triple digit sentences is useless? There really needs to be a mandatory release for prisoners over 90.
