A man riding a bicycle was killed in El Cajon Tuesday. And the CHP blamed the victim, despite saying the crash was still under investigation.

We have no way of knowing what actually happened, or who may have been at fault for this crash. But that doesn’t seem to keep the CHP from pointing the finger.

    Oh that’s exactly what I meant. Infrastructure needs to serve the safety of the cyclists, and drivers need to stop getting these ridiculous slaps on the wrist for how they behave in their 2 ton metal cages.
